Clark's Lifestyle Centre, is a family owned and operated business run by Wes and Kerry Clark. It was launched in 1994 and is celebrating 17 years of operation in 2011.
The friendly environment of the health and fitness centre is reflected by professional support staff who have worked here for many years.
Clark's Health, Fitness and Lifestyle Centre has a large and friendly gymnasium with;
Treadmills, Bikes, Rowers, Steppers and Cross Trainers;
Cybex strength (pin and plate loaded);
Cardio Equipment
MedX and Integrity Fitness Machines;
Dumbells, Olympic Bars and Plates;
Stretching Area; and
Personal Training area
All this equipment (about 50 in total) is available for use seven days a week by our members
